Ingredients:
6-8 Sandwich Bread (White/Brown)
2 Capsicums
1 bowl of Boiled Sweet Corns
2 Green Chillies
70 grams Cottage Cheese (Paneer)
3-4 Cheese Slices
3 tbsp Red Chilli Sauce
2 tbsp Schezwan Sauce
5 tbsp Tomato Sauce
1 tsp Salt
2 Garlic Cloves
1 tbsp Oil
Butter
2 Capsicums
1 bowl of Boiled Sweet Corns
2 Green Chillies
70 grams Cottage Cheese (Paneer)
3-4 Cheese Slices
3 tbsp Red Chilli Sauce
2 tbsp Schezwan Sauce
5 tbsp Tomato Sauce
1 tsp Salt
2 Garlic Cloves
1 tbsp Oil
Butter
Method:
In an open pan, heat oil and 1 tsp
butter. Sauté chopped garlic and chillies in this and then add the chopped
veggies. Now, add diced paneer, schezwan sauce, red chilli sauce and salt; sauté
for another minute. The filling is ready!
To assemble the sandwich, spread
tomato sauce on the bread slice and cram the filling inside (Make sure that the
filling doesn’t fall out). Place cheese over this filling and top with another
bread slice. Smear butter on outside and toast it over the pan or grill till
the cheese melts down from the inside.
Yumilicous!
