Cheese Garlic Bread
Do we all not love to binge on classy-looking
foods that are typically served in restaurants? Be it Veg Crispy or Oreo Shake; trying to prepare fancy recipes at home would have certainly crossed
your mind once. But then something holds you back and you can’t really prepare
the dish you want to. Well, one of many reasons could be- not finding an
appropriate, easy recipe. You’ll definitely cook awesome if you don’t
confine yourself to a typical recipe. Cheese Garlic Bread is one such recipe
that we love to eat and is super easy to prepare at home.

Ingredients:
7-8 cloves
of garlic
50 gm salted butter
1 tbsp garlic powder (optional)
1 tbsp mixed herbs
1 tbsp Black pepper powder
10- 11 slices of bread (in case you don’t find a baguette go for a regular bread)
1 small bowl of grated cheese (possibly mozzarella)
½ tbsp salt

Method:
In a bowl of
melted butter add finely chopped garlic, mixed herbs, garlic powder, black
pepper powder and salt. Mix all these ingredients well and apply it on the
bread, roast lightly on a pan. Flip the bread and follow the same procedure till
it becomes crispy and golden brown. On the lightly toasted side of bread,
generously spread a layer of cheese and place a lid atop. Turn off the flame
once the cheese is melted.
For Oven:
After
applying butter (mixed with finely chopped garlic, garlic powder, mixed herbs,
black pepper powder and salt) on the bread, place the slices on the baking tray
which is lined with an aluminium foil or baking paper. Bake for 2-3 minutes.
Once done with this, generously spread a layer of cheese and bake for next 5-6
minutes or until the cheese melts.
