Ingredients:
1 large bowl
of sweet corns
3 tbsp green chutney
1 tbsp butter
½ tbsp oil
1 ½ tbsp chaat masala
1/4th tbsp black pepper powder
½ lemon
1 tsp salt
Coriander for garnishing

Method:
First, boil
the sweet corns for 2 minutes on medium-high flame. Meanwhile take an open pan
or kadhai and into it add oil and butter. Keep the flame low and add green
chutney, chaat masala and salt. Give it a stir and then add boiled sweet corn kernels
and black pepper powder into it. Now, squeeze lemon and mix again.
Your jhatpat
chatpata corn is ready!
